BELIEFS.
Everybody believes something – even if You believe in
nothing, that is a belief. A belief is a concept deeply
imbedded in Your SUBCONSCIOUS mind, Your brain’s
Operating System.
Where do beliefs come from? How do they get there?
Some You are born with – programs encoded into Your DNA
via many generations of human experience (or perhaps
written in by Your Creator).
The rest are planted via SUGGESTION: Instructions
repeated to You over and over by Your parents,
teachers, preachers, media, etc. until they are burned
into Your Operating System. They are INSTILLED – a
method of conditioning by dripping.
Are You permanently limited by the beliefs Instilled
within You? NO! You can CHOOSE Your own Beliefs.
The trick is: You must use the same method of
Instilling others used on You. The practice is called
AUTO-SUGGESTION, or SELF-SUGGESTION, or SELF-TALK:
Instructions repeated by You to Yourself oVer and over
again.
In order to counter the contrary programming by others,
You must overwhelm them by saying Your SELF-TALK at
least 100 times a day. Only then can You replace Your
Beliefs with the Beliefs of Your CHOICE.
Your Operating System acts on stuff and communicates
with the universe based on its Belief Programming.
The SECRET is revealed yet again in this chapter.
You repeat Your DESIRE to achieve Your ONE DEFINITE
PURPOSE over and over, fueling it with the State of
Mind of having already achieved it (FAITH).
Your Subconscious Operating System will resist at first
– it will probably laugh at You heartily, but suddenly
one day ORGANIZED PLANS will reveal themselves to You.
You must take immediate ACTION on these Plans, and
PERSIST daily.
CONSISTENTLY following these steps is the Special Key
to making it work (The Slight Edge difference).
